RCN Secure Account Initiative

RCN has voluntarily undertaken an initiative to improve your account security. Once this process is complete, RCN will meet or exceed the Customer Proprietary Network Information (CPNI) guidelines as laid out by the Federal Communications Commission. As an existing RCN customer, you should have received a letter in the mail with your Unique PIN. You will need this PIN as well as your RCN account number to complete the security updates to your account. The entire process will only take a few minutes and will ensure the integrity of your account. If you have not received the letter in the mail or you have misplaced it, find out what to do next.
